SHIPPING INFORMATION
Sip, a trademark of Salf (Pty) Ltd (“Sip”), offers delivery services to most urban locations within South Africa.
Deliveries to remote or high-risk areas, as identified by our courier partners, may be declined. If this happens, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund.
DELIVERY PROCESS & TRACKING
- We ship via trusted courier partners.
- Orders are processed on the same business day (if received before 14h00).
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please note: Sip cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as couriers are third-party service providers.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
- Contact name
- Cell phone number
- Email address
- Street number and name
- Complex/apartment name and unit number (if applicable)
- City/Town
- Province
- Postal code
Sip is not liable for refunds on deliveries made to incorrectly provided addresses. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring address accuracy.

Orders Over R650
- Standard Delivery: FREE
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days
Orders Up to R650
- Standard Delivery: Flat rate R75 (nationwide)
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days
HOW WE CALCULATE DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Business days are Monday–Friday only (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Orders placed before 14h00: Processed the same day (Day 1).
- Orders placed after 14h00: Processed the next business day (Day 1).
- Orders placed on non-business days: Processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on Fridays after 14h00: Dispatched the following Monday (unless a public holiday).
TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER DISPATCH)
- Cape Town & surrounds: 1–2 business days
- Other metro areas: 3–4 business days
- Outlying towns: 4–5 business days
These are average estimates only and not guaranteed delivery commitments.
CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
- Couriers deliver during business hours only. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel.
- If your home will be unattended, we recommend using a work address.
- Deliveries to remote areas (farms, mines, plots, embassies, government departments, unsafe areas, etc.) may not be possible.
- Sip reserves the right to decline delivery in such cases. Orders will be cancelled and refunded in full.
OWNERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITY
Ownership passes to the customer once delivery takes place at the address provided.
Sip is not liable for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of products after delivery has been completed.
ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT
In the rare event of an order being misplaced by a courier:
- Sip will send a replacement immediately.
- Customers do not need to deal directly with the courier.
- Sip will resolve the matter on your behalf.
