RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Log in to your profile on our website and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you find the item(s):

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Contact us right away so we can assess the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES

We unfortunately do not offer exchanges.


REFUND PROCESS

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
